Alc. 14% vol.
Production: Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 26°- 28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in French tonneau at least for 3 months.
Colour: Intense red wine with violet hints
Bouquet: Full aromas of ripe red fruit and pleasant aromatic notes
Taste: Balanced and savoury, with a nice finish of persistent flavours.
Pairings: It perfectly matches with gravy, aged and spicy cheese, game and spiced meat.
