Tasting Notes: Pinot Grigio, of Alsatian origins, has been cultivated in Veneto for many years.
The Pinot Grigio bright yellow with lightly golden tones. The nose is intense with ripe yellow fruit notes reminiscent of peach and apricot and tending towards an almost tropical fragrance.
The fragrant alcoholic notes with nuances of crusty bread and acacia honey, complete this wine, bestowing finesse and substance to the bouquet.
The palate is full in both body and flavour, delicately smooth yet with a bold structure, bringing balance and long-lasting taste, enhanced by a refined fruity aftertaste. If carefully cellared it will keep well for a few years, underlining its strength and smoothness.

We love Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris. From what we have seen Pinot Grigio seems to be lighter, less fruity, less sweet. SENSI is our favourite and is very light, well balanced, not to fruity or sweet.
