Grape Variety: 100% Grillo
Vinification and Ageing: The grape, after being hand-harvested, is rapidly taken to the winery, gently pressed under the BAR of pressure at most immediately refrigerated at 16°C. The high-quality wort is prepared for fermentation with the selected yeasts at a temperature of 16-18°C for 15-18 days. it is aged in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes: Born from the selection and vinification of the native Grillo grapes of our territory. Straw yellow colour with greenish reflection; intense on the nose with floral and fruity notes; on a palate, elegant and structural.
Food Pairing: It can be enjoyed alone or to accompany Mediterranean dishes.
Serving Temperature: 8-10°C
Alcohol: 12.5%
