Look at that rating by Luca Maroni , it is also a Gold Medal winner at the world’s largest wine show, Berlin Wine Trophy 2022 and included in Italy’s “Best of 2023 – 5 Star Wines.”  From the heart of Tuscany and rather than the traditional Chianti style, this is made according to the ancient Tuscan tradition of the “Governo Toscano” where selected and slightly dried grapes are added to already fermented wine. This a second slow fermentation lasting 2-3 weeks resulting in a wine of extra depth and richness. Flavours of cherry,  ripe black fruits and spice delivering lovely balance and acidity.
