Following the tradition of super Venetian wines we crafted a unique blend obtained partially by dried grapes: this technique is called “appassimento”

A richer, supple red wine with spices and red berry flavours achieved by a partial air-drying of the grapes, Merlot and Corvina. Black cherry and leather on the nose following through on the palate with more spiciness developing. A wonderfully intriguing wine that lingers on the finish. Great value!
