We cultivate grapes in the vineyards of five different estates in Sicily – Regaleali, Capofaro, Tascante, Whitaker and Sallier de La Tour – each with its own characteristics.
Different soils and climates extend across the island and give life to a long season of harvests that begins in mid-August and is completed between the end of October and the beginning of November.
