Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris) or Grauburgunder is a white wine grape variety of the species Vitis vinifera. Pinot Gris is grown around the globe with the “spicy” full-bodied Alsatian and lighter-bodied, more acidic Italian styles being most widely recognized.
