Notte Rossa vineyards are located in the most suited fields of Salento peninsula, several hectares planted with indigenous grapes destined to the production of an assorted variety of great wines.

The white grapes are farmed on the hills of the northern province of Taranto – north Salento area – at approximately 150 meters above sea level and on clayey soils. They show great potential and make surprisingly modern wines for fragrance, refinement and balance.
